1.境内老生：9月4日（星期一）

Currently-enrolled studentsin China: September 4(Monday)

2.境内2023级硕士新生、本科新生及语言进修新生：9月4日、5日 （星期一、星期二）

2023 Newly-admitted Graduate students, Undergraduate students and non-degree students in China: September 4-5(Monday to Tuesday)

3.境外学生：根据学生办理签证进度和入境机票时间，8月28日（星期一）起陆续报到

Students out of China:starting from August 28(Monday)based onthe progress of entry visa process and flight time.

二、报到地点Location

必赢766net手机版雁塔校区国际汉语文化学院2209办公室

Room 2209, International School of ChineseLanguage & Culture, Yanta Campus, Shaanxi Normal University

三、报到程序Registration Procedures

1.境外及境内老生Currently-enrolled students

学生持本人有效护照原件前往国际汉语文化学院2209办公室报到，完成注册。

Currently-enrolled students shall take Valid Passport, sign inandregisterat Room 2209, International School of Chinese Language & Culture.

2.境外及境内新生Newly-admittedstudents

境外学生应提前三天联系学院，告知入境航班信息及落地时间；境内学生应提前两天联系学院，告知来校时间，方便安排住宿、保险、校园卡、签证等事宜。注意：学院只为学历生安排住宿，语言进修生需要自行解决住宿问题。

Students out of China shall contact the school 3 days in advance to inform inbound flight information and landing time.

Students in China shall contact the school 2 days in advance to inform the arrival time to facilitate arrangements for accommodation, insurance, campus cards, visas and other matters.

Note:The school only arranges accommodation for degree students, and non-degree（language）students need to solve the accommodation problem by themselves.

学生须携带录取通知书及上一个学历毕业证、学位证、成绩单原件（新生）、有效护照原件、临时住宿登记表复印件（仅限校外住宿学生），前往2209办公室办理报到注册。

Students shall take Admission Notice, and Previous Graduation Certificate, Degree Certificate and Transcript, original (Newly-admitted students only), Valid Passport, Registration Form of Temporary Residence(Off-campus Housing Students Only), sign inandregisteratRoom 2209, International School of ChineseLanguage & Culture.

四、课程安排Course Arrangement

新生完成报到注册后，学院会举办入学分班考试，请同学们认真准备。

After registration, the school will hold aplacementtest for Newly-admitted students. Please prepare carefully.

其余学生9月6日（星期三）正式开始上课，具体课程安排以班主任发布的课程表为准。

Other students will officially start classes on September 6(Wednesday), and the specific course arrangement will be subject to the class schedule issued by the head teacher.

六、注意事项Notes

国际学生返校须遵守返校要求，如有特殊情况应提前与学院联系。学生应与学院保持密切联系，提前了解返校后的考试及上课安排，以免耽误重要事项。

Students shall strictly comply with the requirements and procedures for returning to campus. In case of special circumstances, students shall contact the school. Students shall keep close contact with the school for examinations and class schedule.
